South African singer and songwriter Tyla( Tyla Laura Seethal) has won the Grammy for the Best African Music Performance at the 2024 Grammy Awards. She won the award for the song “Water”. Tyla was nominated alongside Burna Boy, Davido and Ayra Starr.

Angelique Kidjoe and Mr.Eazi have colloborated on a track called Orokoro. The track is produced by Afrobeats producer Kelpi Vibes who has also produced the track Mother Nature by Angelique Kidjoe.
